Do you ship outside the United States?

How long will it take for me to receive my items?
Due to the SEMI-CUSTOM nature of our product offering it is too difficult to pinpoint a general ship time for each order. All cabinets are made to order and many of them are custom built per customer specifications. Completion can be anywhere from 14 to 16 business days depending on the size of the order, the material used, and the number of customizations, plus shipping.
How will I know when my order ships?
nce your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which will outline the shipping details for each item in your order. This will include the ship date, tracking number, and a link to the carrier's website.
How will I know when my order is to be delivered?
You can track your shipment using the information from your shipping confirmation e-mail. You should be contacted by the shipping carrier in order to set up a delivery day and time.
What should I do if my order was received damaged?
Varsa Design! will replace any damaged parts. The financial responsibility of recutting the parts will be assumed by the Customer unless it is evident that the damage was done by Varsa Design! If the damage was done during shipping or by the shipping company the Customer MUST note the damage on the receiving slip provided by the shipping company at the time of delivery. Any damage not reported to the shipping company at this time will not be covered financially by the shipping company and therefore, will fall onto the Customer. If the damage is not from the shipping please provide photographs of all the parts that are damaged and please include the cabinet numbers and parts in an email. We will recut the parts and investigate to see whether the Customer should be charged for the recuts.
