Can I place a custom order over the phone?

How can I order a missing part that doesn’t reach the minimum order?

In case you need to order a missing part or you forgot to order an accessory for you can call Varsa Designs and out order entry staff will help you with your order.

Can I place an order online and pick it up at Varsa Design?

Yes! You can order online and pick it up directly at Varsa Design. For this option you will have to call us or send us an email after purchasing your order and let us know. After a customer has been contacted, completed jobs will be held for a courtesy period of 5-business days, after which a $30/day (M-F) storage charge will be incurred.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Because Varsa Design! offers SEMI-CUSTOM cabinets, all our cabinets are made to order. From time to time backordered materials cause delays in production and are typically out of Varsa Design! control. When delays are unavoidable, you will be notified via email or phone as soon as a backorder situation is discovered.

What if a part is missing in the package?

When you receive your order, it is important to thoroughly inspect each item. Some parts such as hardware and adjustable shelves may be located on a different pallet. You will find the number of packages required on the product label. If you are missing any part please send us an email at info@cabinetsquick.com with the subject ORDER MISSING PART(S). Our order entry team will contact you in order to solve this situation. It is not uncommon for parts to be assumed missing, This is a very rare ocurrance. It is best to complete assembly before assuming parts are missing.

How will I know if my order has been processed?

Once your order will be placed, you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail outlining the details of your order.

When is payment taken for my order?

Payment is taken at time of order.

I want to cancel my order. What do I do?

Due to the nature of SEMI CUSTOM orders, certain materials such as laminate and edge banding are purchased specifically for your order. By confirming your order you agree to be liable for all special order materials should the order need to be cancelled or revised. Order revisions or cancellations should be done by contacting us at 714-532- 9005 during the next 48h of placing the order [Monday to Friday only]. Varsa Design! will assess a $50.00 fee for any changes requested by the Customer after signed confirmation. In the event that changes are required on an order that has already gone to production, charges will be assessed on the time and materials necessary to affect those changes.

How do I install your cabinets?

Do the cabinets includes Toe Kicks, Fillers or Finished Ends?

NO. Cabinets DO NOT include fillers, finish end panels, toe kick fronts or handles. In order to complement your purchase with these items please visit Fillers & Panels or Accessories.
